• To schedule any service, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the requested service(s) is required.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance, using the same deposit. Only one reschedule per deposit is allowed.

2. Medical Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical condition, allergies, or contraindications related to the requested service.
• Purpura Beauty Spa LLC is not liable for complications arising from the client’s failure to provide this information.

3. Use of Images for Advertising

• By using our services, you consent to the use of photos or images taken during or after your service for advertising purposes on our social media platforms and other digital media. If you object to this, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

4. Payments and Payment Processor Responsibility

• Payments are processed through third-party platforms we trust. However, the management and security of personal data provided to these platforms are the sole responsibility of the payment processing companies.
